Attest Refund Policy

This policy covers Attest Tailoring, the US$12/month subscription for Attest, offered by Speedy Bloom Limited and sold by Paddle.com Market Limited acting as merchant of record. Because Paddle is the merchant of record, your purchase is governed by Paddle's consumer terms, and this policy follows them. Our other products are covered by our general Refund Policy.
The free tier never charges
Attest's accuracy-first autofill is free. It takes no card and never charges you, so there is nothing to refund on the free tier.
14-day refund window
You can request a refund of any charge — the first payment or a renewal — within 14 days of the transaction. To request one:
- use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net; or
- email [email protected] with your Paddle receipt and we will raise it with Paddle for you.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel the subscription at any time — from the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt email, or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect from the end of your current billing period: the tailoring layer keeps working until then, and you will not be charged again after that. The free autofill keeps working as before.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on Paddle and your bank.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or consumer rights you have under the law that applies to you. Where such rights go further than this policy, they prevail.
